Nothing better to celebrate the arrival of Spring than a visit to the Spring Market, that returns next Sunday to the Pátio da Nogueira in Serralves Park.Here you may acquire delicious local fruits and vegetables in season, and herbs, a variety of fresh mushrooms, handmade cheese, regional sausages. olives with various seasonings, olive oil pastes with herbs, granola, chocolate truffles, delicious biscuits and sweets, and of course flowers to enliven our favourite zonesd!Visit us and help stimulate local markets, thus helping the local economy.
The participants and products featured at this Market are:- Algodão da praia: jams, nut butters and granola;- Apeadeiro das Artes e Sabores: sausages, salt, cheese, alheiras and other sausages from Vila Flor;- BioHabitus: horticulture, fruit and organic aromatic plants;- Biscoitos Bilbaus: almond biscuits;- Casa de Penalva: aromatic and medicinal plants, and condiments in biological production mode;- Flores em casa: flowers and PROVE baskets (horticultural, fruit and aromatic plants);- MilVales: olive oil pastes with herbs;- Nuances Frescas: various mushrooms;- Pedaços de Cacau: chocolate bonbons and truffles;- Pomar Medieval: traditional jams and jellies;- Saberes e Sabores da Beira Baixa: home-made cheeses, traditional regional sausages and game meat, maranhos and buchos, wines and other specialities;- Sweet Portugal: Portuguese products destined for the gourmet market.
