These Seasonal Farmer's Markets will offer the public the opportunity to purchase organic vegetables and processed products as well as other regional products - food or other, being complemented with educational initiatives/workshops.
In this Winter Market, local producers are offering tasty and colourful vegetables, fruits and herbs of the season, and fresh mushrooms, bread, homemade cheese, flavoured salt, honey, chocolate truffles, delicious biscuits and assorted jams.During the morning, while deciding what to take home, visitors can also participate in the "About bread …" workshop: in order to learn more about the importance of resuming age-old processes using fermentation in bread making processes.
